Martinsburg man enters guilty plea in federal firearms trafficking case

Blair Co., PA (WJAC) — One of three Blair County men who was charged following an ATF investigation into illegal firearms sales and firearms trafficking has entered a guilty plea in the case. According to federal authorities, Harry Miller, age 47, of Martinsburg, appeared in court Monday where he pleaded guilty to multiple counts related to the possession, manufacturing and trafficking of illegal firearms. UNIVERSITY PARK -- Head coach James Franklin unveiled the 2020 Penn State Football recruiting class today during the Signing Day celebration in the Lasch Football Building. Penn State’s Class of 2020 is ranked 12th nationally by 247Sports Composite and ESPN, and 14th by Rivals, as of Wednesday evening. Penn State welcomed 27 student-athletes, who signed National Letters of Intent to join the football program. DuBois City Manager Herm Suplizio said the break happened on Division Street around 4 a.m. He said the 12-inch break is due to the age of the system. Suplizio said GKN Sintered Metals, Cataldo's Collision, Way Office Supply, UPS, Clearfield Bank and Trust, and the Beaver Drive Industrial Park are without water. Man who raped woman, messaged her on Facebook about it after, arrested

LYON, France (AP) — An American accused of sexually assaulting a Pennsylvania college student in 2013 and later sending her a Facebook message that said, "So I raped you," has been detained in France after a three-year search. A prosecutor in Metz, France, confirmed Tuesday that Ian Thomas Cleary, 31, of Saratoga, California, had been taken into custody last month and will be held pending extradition proceedings. Cleary had been the subject of an international search since authorities in Pennsylvania issued a 2021 felony warrant in the case weeks after an Associated Press story detailed the reluctance of local prosecutors to pursue campus sex crimes.
